Finding free space for studying or group work in the Otaniemi campus area can be challenging. We want to make the finding and booking a space as easy as cycling. Aalto Space is a mobile application that helps students find free room and allows quick space reservation. Aalto Space can be used to find and book study and group work spaces specified for use by students in the Otakaari 1 building in Otaniemi. Classroom names often do not match Otherwise nice app
So many bugs! Crashes often, many features do not work as expected.
Non-user-friendly app. Too tedious to make reservations and impossible to add favourites.
I can't register my phone number.
I have trouble with reserve a room since the update. I'm able to login with my phone number as a Aalto student but unable to reserve a room.
Awesome app! As an former student I was very happy to see that there is a convenient way to books spaces at the University. Back in 2005-2010 we used to wonder along those endless corridors in hunt for space, and always ended up doing our group work in some quiet corner in the hallway. I have been also super happy how the solution works for companies that have office space at the campus. We took a small office at the A-Grid to give employees a place for focused work. Our team using the space has been giving excellent feedback how easy it is to book meeting rooms with the Aalto Space App. Thanks Aalto University, you made one happy alumni and a customer.
Deleting app data from the phone's settings fixed my previous issue. That seems to be a necessary evil with this app as it wasn't the first time it required a complete reset.
The description on mycourse and aalto space doesn't match. For example classroom T004. It doesn't work on map for that classroom as well. I missed my first class because of this and had to drop. Feels really bad man.
Please update the app, giving loading error.
After the recent update, this app is not letting me book the rooms which is weird. But, previously it was very good.
